Why four star? Because I read Havana, that's why. One may not understand my anguish until they read Havana and I was so disappointed because in Havana Mr. Swagger senior gets his rear-end kicked (at least in the first half) for what seems to be a loose end he left unattended in this book. Anymore I say will become a spoiler but this book by itself is an excellent concoction of raw emotions expertly dressed with stoic heroism, idealistic approach and gentlemanly retribution that Mr. Hunter is so good at.
